As the Head of Islamic Studies Department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, interaction with parent and student assessment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years teaching experience in Islamic education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in utilizing online teaching tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to adapt traditional Islamic teachings to an online format effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage a remote team
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment practices tailored for online delivery.
