We are looking for an experienced Academic Lead to support the quality of teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and student progress across the school. The role includes supporting teachers, monitoring lesson quality, reviewing academic data, improving student outcomes, supporting curriculum planning, and helping maintain high academic standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in education, curriculum planning, assessment, teacher support, and academic leadership. They should be confident, organised, professional, and able to work closely with teachers, students, parents, and senior leaders.
