We are looking for a caring, professional, and organised Student Success Officer to support students and parents throughout the school year. The role includes monitoring attendance, punctuality, homework, behaviour, progress, and student wellbeing. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with parents, support students who need help, and work with teachers and senior staff to help students stay on track.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a caring approach, good organisation, and preferably a background in education, student support, mentoring, administration, or Islamic education.
