To be enrolled in Al-Rushd Independent School, fill out an application form. We charge an application process fee of £15 to complete the application process.

Acceptance Stage
Our Admissions team processes the application form, which normally takes between 2-5 working days. Once a student is accepted, we’ll notify you to make the admission fee of £350 and that the Academic Deposit of £100 will be charged to your payment details in 3 days (in case you prefer using an alternative means of payment, you can let us know).
Student Portal
After paying the Academic Deposit, we then give the student logins to access their student account and begin the student Induction Process. We also have an induction video to direct the students on how to navigate through the online school, attend lessons, reach their teachers, submit their homework and everything else they might need to do.
Parent Portal
We send an email to the parent or guardian with instructions on how to log into the parent portal. In the portal, you can see the enrolled students as well as the payments you have made. You are also expected to upload documents, including the birth certificate, present a copy of the student’s passport, and proof of address. When the student is enrolled, you will have access to their lessons, assignments, homework, quizzes, and even the student’s grades. It will help you to keep up with the student’s progress and determine whether the school positively influences their child.
We also encourage parents and guardians to keep a watchful eye on your children and maintain contact with tutors to help and support them. We have a parents’ evening program to promote good relationships between our staff and parents. We also have workshops for parents to be informed about the recurrent challenges facing students.
Final step
The last step is the beginning of school for the new students. At this stage, you can log into your Student Portal and view your learning timetable. It can take between 1-4 working days if you enrol during a school term. However, if you enrol during holidays, the schedule is uploaded at the beginning of a new term.
